By accessing or using the TrExOra website ("Site"), joining our waitlist, or interacting with our App Preview, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrExOra Global ("TrExOra", "we", "us", "our").

TrExOra is accessible to users of all ages. If you are under the age of 13, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Site and services.

TrExOra is currently in pre-launch development. Our current offerings include:

3. Waitlist Terms

By joining our waitlist, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your waitlist position is informational and does not guarantee early access or any specific benefit
• We may contact you via the email provided to send launch updates, product news, and promotional content
• You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at customer@trexora.in
• We reserve the right to remove entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or automated
• We do not guarantee a specific launch date

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Use the Site for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our systems
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Not submit false, misleading, or spam information

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the TrExOra website is owned by or licensed to TrExOra Global, including but not limited to:

• The TrExOra name, logo, and branding

• App Preview interface and demo content

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Site without prior written consent.

6. App Preview Disclaimer

The interactive App Preview on our Site is a demonstration only. By using it, you understand that:

• All data displayed is simulated demo content (e.g., Tokyo locations, sample expenses)
• The preview does not provide real translations, navigation, safety alerts, or financial tracking
• Features and designs shown may differ significantly from the final product
• No personal data is collected or stored through the App Preview
• The preview is provided "as-is" for informational and marketing purposes

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following:

• 🚫 Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or backend
• 🚫 Using the waitlist form for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• 🚫 Scraping or harvesting data from the website
• 🚫 Reverse engineering the website, scripts, or APIs
• 🚫 Submitting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• 🚫 Using the Site to compete directly with TrExOra without permission

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• TrExOra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (currently ₹0, as our services are free)
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Site

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TrExOra website and all its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the GDPR. For users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) applies.
